Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility and amount are determined by two factors:
- Cancellation notice — you must provide formal notice of cancellation to Vantage Impact Partners in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- Work already performed — the refund amount depends on the amount of work already performed under the agreement or service understanding.
Processing
After you submit your cancellation notice, we will confirm your eligibility and refund amount within 48 hours.
Exchanges
Because our offerings are entirely service-based, no exchanges are available.
